1 Introduction & Acceptance

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The pr777 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pr777 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not have placed yourself under a self-exclusion order with pr777 or any other gaming operator that would prohibit your participation.
• Not an employee: You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of pr777 or any of its affiliated companies.

pr777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a valid National Identity Card (NIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Accounts that fail to pass identity verification will be suspended pending resolution.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the pr777 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address.

Each individual is permitted to register and hold exactly one pr777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pr777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify pr777 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pr777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pr777 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pr777 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not charge currency conversion fees.

Accepted payment methods currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, and MCB Bank. pr777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

Withdrawal processing: pr777 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of a valid request during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary during peak periods or when additional verification is required. A minimum withdrawal amount of 1,000 PKR applies.

Withdrawal conditions: A withdrawal may only be requested to a payment method that has previously been used to fund your pr777 account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect the security of all platform users. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Verification holds: pr777 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may include submission of identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pr777 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each bonus or promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the pr777 Platform unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• pr777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Each promotion is available once per person, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• pr777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Players who engage in systematic exploitation of bonus offers — commonly referred to as "bonus abuse" or "bonus hunting" — will have their bonus privileges suspended and may face account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pr777 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. General betting rules applicable across the Platform include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pr777 will not reverse a confirmed bet except in the specific circumstances described in the relevant game or sport rules (e.g., event cancellation, void markets).
• Minimum and maximum bet/stake limits apply per game, market, and account. These limits may be adjusted at pr777's discretion.
• pr777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest error (including but not limited to an obvious pricing error or a system malfunction) regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or wager, the decision of pr777's gaming system and support team, informed by third-party game provider data where applicable, shall be final.
• All casino game outcomes on the pr777 Platform are generated by certified random number generators. pr777 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pr777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not permitted by pr777;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law;
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

pr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder;
• pr777's determination that continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon permanent closure of an account for reasons other than fraud, any verified PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification procedures. Funds associated with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited.

You may close your pr777 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pr777 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual elements — is the proprietary property of pr777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use any pr777 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written consent from pr777.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

pr777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pr777 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge that pr777 cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or from the Platform over networks that are outside pr777's direct control.

pr777 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 11 Responsible Gaming

pr777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Receive pop-up reminders at intervals of your choosing (30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours) showing the duration of your current gaming session.
• Reality checks: Optional pop-up notifications showing your net win/loss position for the current session at intervals you configure.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Accounts are inaccessible during the cooling-off period.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions to service, system downtime, or technical malfunctions;
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected by the game provider;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any action taken by pr777 in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. pr777 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, pr777's total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the PKR balance held in your pr777 account at the time the claim arises.

13 Amendments

pr777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pr777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pr777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of these Terms indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

14 Contact & Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a transaction, or the outcome of a game, please raise the matter with our support team in the first instance. pr777 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Complex complaints may require additional time.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
